1. Follow Member Wisely. A lot of people are trying to follow other members to get follow back, but Pinterest only allows you to follow atleast 250 in a day. And so you need to follow wisely, don't just follow, double check the person you follow first.
2. Hunt that 'k'. You need to follow those all with 'k' or atleast 1,000 followers, don't follow below 1,000 remember the step number 1 be wise.
3. Expand your own connection. After first week of following those who had above 1,000 followers, you will get atleast 10-20% follow back. Let's say you have 800 to 1,000 followers, then every person who follows you check their followers in their profile. Then do the Step number 2.
4. Repin that thing. After you finish your limit of 250 follows a day, the next routine you need to do is to repin those most interesting pin of your followers into your own board.
5. Just do the same. Just do this everyday and you will see the result.
